Cuteness Overload

Now that's not something you associate with this blog, is it? Relax, I'm just going to give you a link to it. You're adults; you can make your own cuteness overload choices.

Whenever I need a pick-me-up, I go here to look at some raccoon photos. But now there's a baby beaver in the mix. Oh, my goodness.

How sad that he's without his momma.

Precious. I hope he does well.

Yeah, that's cute.

Had a mother(?) and young raccoon (cub?) in our yard a few weeks back. The mother shot under the deck when she saw us, but junior stayed in one of those plastic patio chairs. When we got out of the way she had to come and coax the raccoonlet down, it didn't look too high, but apparently the cub thought it was.

I think cub is used, but that kit is the favored term. Although I think I like raccoonlet better than either.

I've only seen one raccoon the entire time I've been here. I guess 20 blocks makes a difference--you get the bears, wolves, even raccoons. Or see them anyway.
