Hegans

Today's Boston Globe has a few vegan related articles and recipes, including a review of The Pulse Cafe where I'll head for lunch (barbecued seitan with mashed sweet potatoes and garlic collards sounds tempting) the next time I'm in the city. There's also an article about how macho men can be vegans too; it's not just for "yuppie, tree-hugging, emaciated weaklings" like me anymore.
